What to Expect
First off, get in touch with us. Let us know what your needs are, either through our contact page or by email at hello@andiknowyoutoo.com. Here are a couple things to think about and include when you contact us:
Do you have artwork? Make sure to send it to us in an email - we LOVE .ai and .psd files, but can most likely work with what you have, so send whatever you’ve got! If you don’t have artwork yet, or have an idea in mind, let us know! We offer design services and can help bring your idea to life. We can even turn a sketch on a napkin into a reality.
What do you want to print on- shirts, hoodies, tote bags, koozies? We are happy to suggest our go-to brands and styles we like printing on. You can also browse our catalog of most (but not all) apparel we can source.
What’s the quantity? We have a minimum of 24 pieces for screen printing, however printing costs decrease as the quantity of shirts increases, making larger orders more cost-effective. While you can mix and match apparel size, color, and type, there’s an ink change fee if you want to switch up the ink colors. For instance, if you want 12 white shirts with black ink, and 12 gray shirts with red ink, we have to stop the run, clean the ink, and start over.
Where do you want the artwork printed? Some common placements would be on the back, across the front, chest pocket, or on a sleeve.
What’s your timeline? If you have a target date, definitely let us know. We are happy to rush orders for a fee. Sometimes life happens, or there’s a supply chain breakdown, and it might take a few days longer, but we aim for a quick turnaround time. Once your order is approved and we receive your 50% deposit, you can expect to have your apparel in 7-10 business days.

It varies so much. It depends on how many you’re ordering and what the printing is like (just one color on the back only, versus two color back and one color pocket logo, etc) and what kind of apparel or item it is. Get in touch with us for a custom price!

Our minimum order quantity for screen printed apparel is 24 pieces of each design. Printing costs decrease as the quantity of shirts increases, making larger orders more cost-effective.

You can split this up between sizes, apparel colors, apparel types, as long as ink color(s)/print locations stay the same across all garments. For example, if you wanted 24 white shirts, and 12 have the design in black ink and 12 have it in green ink, we have to stop the run and then start over. Ink changes incur an additional charge.. Keep in mind that when printing on youth and adult tees additional screens may be necessary for sizing differences.

We ask that you provide the original Photoshop or Illustrator file whenever available. If your artwork is not print ready or does not meet our requirements, we can help you prepare your artwork for $50/hour. 30 minute artwork prep is included free of charge for each design.

You can email it to hello@andiknowyoutoo.com and we’ll check it out. If your file is too big to email to us, you can use Dropbox and email us the link.

Ink colors can be matched to a “reasonable” degree. We cannot guarantee exact sample color replications or pantone colors, but we will do our best to come close. Custom ink colors incur an additional charge.

Unfortunately, no, but we send a mockup design of what you can expect your apparel to look for you to approve and sign off on. We can always show you sample shirts we’ve printed from other jobs upon request.
